By assigning an ID card to every pharmacist, and the tracking using RFID of every drug packet dispensed, together with integration with the doctor's requests system and the drug inventory system, we make accountability easier in the case of narcotics and controlled medications. These automated checks at the time of dispensing also increases efficiency as the pharmacist can feel confident to work faster, while still ensuring that accuracy is maintained. The critically ill and injured patients can make a self call to ambulance with a single touch on GPS handphones and the application aids the driver to provide a responsive service. The participative nature of the application also changes ambulance fleet management by tracking zones with communicable diseases, accident prone areas and traffic jams.
