Despite those patients, many more are expected to not-receiving any treatment in the hospitals. Therefore, Mind, an on-line community website, is an alternative for those mentally ill people. Mind includes several useful modules, including a web board with search feature for one who looking for an approach for one’s problem, Meet-the-Doc module for consulting with a real doctor or mentally expert, etc. The website is a web application supporting many platforms. The application detects the client’s platform via a broker module with HTTP protocol. After the web server is informed with the platform information, it sends XML to the application server for the requesting web service. Finally, the application server responses the client, PC or mobile device, with the requesting web page. In present, we go to hospital, give a doctor some information, take some service from the provider, and go back home with some drugs and some appointments. After that, the connection between us and the provider will lose. In other word, the doctor cannot know what happen to us outside his hospital unless we tell him. However, we cannot go to hospital everyday to tell him that we keep eating the given drug every day. By the phone, we cannot guarantee that the doctor is free for talk with us in the not-so-important topic like our headache in this morning. This causes the loose of some information and no one can guarantee that all of that information is useless. This application act like a bridge between customers and providers. After registration, the customer receive space for insert his information into it. The information includes basic health information such as the next appointment, drug schedule, today condition, the strange issues, and more. The application also provides message service between provider-customer and provider-provider (which can be useful in the case that the customer go to many hospital for the same symptom) These are helpful because all information stay alive on the application and everyone can access at anytime they want (but only in the area they can access) No need to go to hospital but the doctor can know how about us today and he can give us some instruction or maybe some wish. In addition, this give the customers feel that they can tell the doctors any time they want with a hope in that their doctors will come to reply them as soon. If both ends just give their time a little per day, the strong health-care connection will be set up and never tear down.
